Indiana’s RREAL IN requirement is one of those post-closing obligations that may not get much attention until you’re the person responsible for making sure it was handled correctly.

The RREAL IN database — short for Residential Real Estate Acquisition of Licensee Information and Numbers — is used by the Indiana Department of Insurance to collect information about certain residential real estate transactions.

In this training, we’ll walk through how the RREAL IN reporting requirement works, where title agents need to pay attention, and how to build it into your process so it doesn’t become one more loose end after closing.
