I'm Cheryl, the Founder and Executive Director of the Wicked Title Forum. I went from teen mom with little hope for my future, to successful Title Agency Owner and World-Class Business Consultant. I've had a thrilling and successful career working with people and businesses all over the world. And it's all thanks to amazing folks in the title industry who saw my potential and took a risk on someone the statistics said should be a failure.
I launched The Wicked Title Forum in 2023 as my way of giving back to the industry I love and hopefully solving a few problems and filling a few gaps along the way. The Wicked Title Forum has been built by title people, for title people. Not just licensed agents, but staff, closers, escrow officers, mobile notaries, attorneys, underwriters and vendors. From the large to the small, you all have a voice here!
